Stuffed Shells Recipe

Boil jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions.

In a bowl, mix 2 cups of ricotta cheese with 1 beaten egg.

 Add 1 cup of shredded mozzarella and 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.

Stir in chopped spinach, cooked ground beef, or other fillings as desired.

Stuff the cooked shells with the ricotta mixture.

Spread marinara sauce in a baking dish and place the stuffed shells on top.

 Sprinkle with additional mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

 Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
