Easy Sourdough Bread Recipe

Preheat oven to 450°F and grease a popover pan.

In a bowl, whisk together 1 cup of milk and 2 beaten eggs.

Stir in 1 cup of flour and a pinch of salt until just combined.

Fill each popover cup halfway with batter.

Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F and bake for another 20 minutes.

Avoid opening the oven door during baking.

Once done, remove popovers from the oven and pierce the tops to release steam.

Serve immediately while warm and puffed.
