Marble Cake Recipe

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.

In a bowl, cream 1/2 cup of softened butter with 1 cup of sugar.

Beat in 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

 Alternate folding in 1 1/2 cups of flour and 1/4 cup of milk.

Divide batter in half; mix cocoa powder into one half.

Spoon alternating dollops of plain and cocoa batter into the pan.

Use a knife to swirl batters together for a marbled effect.

Bake for 45-50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
