Easy Pancake Recipe

In a bowl, mix 1 cup of all-purpose flour with 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup of milk, 1 egg, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.

Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve warm with maple syrup, fruit, or your favorite toppings.
