Easy Banana Cake Recipe

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

 In a mixing bowl, mash 3 ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.

Add 1/2 cup of melted butter, 3/4 cup of granulated sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the mashed bananas, and mix well.

Beat in 1 large egg until fully incorporated.

Gradually add 1 and 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

 Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.

Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

 Allow the banana cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
