Cuban Coffee Recipe 

Start with finely ground espresso beans, about 2 tablespoons.

 Add 2 teaspoons of sugar to a coffee maker's pot.

Brew the espresso directly over the sugar.

 Stir vigorously to dissolve the sugar completely.

Pour the sweetened espresso into small cups.

Traditionally, serve it alongside a glass of cold water.

Sip slowly and savor the Cuban coffee experience.

Serve immediately over poached eggs or vegetables.
