Easy Banana Bread REcipe 

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.

In a bowl, mash 3 ripe bananas with a fork.

Mix in 1/2 cup of melted butter and 1 cup of sugar.

Stir in 1 beaten egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Add 1 1/2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and a pinch of salt.

Fold in any optional additions like nuts or chocolate chips.

Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
