Classic Bruschetta Recipe: 

Slice a baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices.

 Brush both sides with olive oil and toast until golden.

 Rub a clove of garlic on one side of each slice.

Dice ripe tomatoes and mix with chopped basil, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil; mix well.

Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted bread slices.

Optional: sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
